About Passè
What is Passè? Passè is a curated vintage shop specializing in one-of-a-kind and limited-quantity pieces. Because we work with vintage and limited-run stock, every item is genuinely one of a kind: once it's gone, it's gone.
Do you restock sold-out items? Generally, no. Vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind by nature, so once a piece sells out it typically won't come back. Follow us and check back often to catch new drops as they go live.
What sizes do you carry? Sizing varies by piece, especially with vintage. Each product includes size guide measurements, please double check these carefully before ordering, since we're unable to process exchanges for sizing issues (see Exchange Policy below).
Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, we're unable to cancel or modify it — including the shipping address. Orders begin processing quickly, so please double-check your cart, sizing, and shipping details carefully before checking out.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? No — we're only able to ship to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure it's correct before placing your order.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? All sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Because our pieces are limited, we're also unable to accommodate exchanges for sizing, so please review the measurements on the product page closely before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, or there was an error on our end or the shipping provider's, email us at passe.vntg@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll do what we can to make it right.
